They shipped a damaged shirt with *** after reaching out to them they said nothing can be done after discussing for 20 days. Bad customer service and cheap damaged product given.
I would never suggest this company for any product if you want to buy there are many better options. If you want to lose money then they are great at that
I recently purchased a Glycine Watch from Ruumur, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The watch arrived with an extremely large wristband, nearly twice the size of my wrist, and without any tools to adjust it.
I reached out to their customer service via email, requesting a screw or tools to adjust the band myself.
Their response was unhelpful, advising me to visit a jewelry shop for the adjustment.
Upon checking with my local jeweler, I found that the cost of the adjustment was almost as much as the watch itself!
Overall, I do not recommend this shop or the Glycine brand due to the poor customer service and additional costs incurred. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
